Shipping containers are used all over the world to transport high value items, but with every journey comes an age-old problem that has destroyed millions in revenue for companies for decades. We have changed the story with our revolutionary products.

There are a staggering 17 million shipping containers in the world, and five or six million of them are currently shipping around the world on vessels, trucks, and trains. In total, they make around 200 million trips a year.

The Absorpole is our best selling product and used with brands all over the world to protect their investment from shipping container moisture. The damage moisture can make to your products in transit is immense, it can quickly run away on itself if not controlled into millions of damage in spoiled goods.

We think that every shipping container no matter where it is located should have this system installed as it provides the best option to limit moisture damage on transit.

Our Absorpole utilises the proven ability of calcium chloride to aggressively remove moisture from the air. It is designed to stop moisture damage from condensation in shipping containers and any other type of storage container.  It is easy to use and is designed to hang within the corrugated recess of the container wall. Its flush fitting means minimal space is occupied and accidental damage from forklifts during stuffing and un-stuffing is avoided.

So how does the Absorpole work?

Absorpole is activated once it is pulled out of its container. The calcium chloride, at the top of the pole, immediately starts to absorb moisture from the surrounding air. The desiccant material gradually dissolves into brine which is captured in a collector. Once captured, the moisture will not re-evaporate into the air.

Our Absorpole has a superior absorption capacity, even at low humidity levels, and the ability to effectively protect cargo throughout the entire journey, or even to sit static for several months when used in storage containers.
